Here is a tide prediction program in ZIP format.  
Place the file in a temporary directory on your hard disk,
unzip the contents and run the setup program 
(AOL might unzip it automatically so just run the
setup program wherever it placed the files).  
Then from your programs menu you will have an application 
called WXTIDE32 which runs a little graphics program that 
shows you the current real time tides based on your 
computer clock time and location.   
You will need to change the location setting to 
COS COB Harbor - look under FILE; LOCATION and 
check to see only stations in Connecticut.
